    • Right now we offer private one-on-one training for kids starting at ages 7 years old. Yes, we plan to  have classes specifically designed for children, emphasizing discipline, fitness, and fun in a safe environment soon

    • We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire and appropriate footwear for your safety and comfort.

  7. Do I need to bring my own equipment?

    • While we provide basic equipment, such as gloves and hand wraps, we recommend you eventually purchase your own. 

  8. Is there a minimum age requirement to join?

    • We train clients starting at the age of 7 years old and higher

    • We offer flexible membership options tailored to your needs, including monthly packages and drop-in sessions.
